Our Coaching Program is highly structured and action-oriented, focusing on rapid growth and specific outcomes over three months. The Mentoring Program, on the other hand, provides guidance and steady support, allowing you to explore challenges, make decisions, and gain industry insights with a mentor by your side.
Q.Who will I be working with during the Coaching and Mentoring programs?
You’ll be paired with one of our experienced coaches or mentors who specialize in your area of focus, whether that’s marketing, operations, or business strategy. Each professional brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to seeing you succeed.
Q.What is the commitment for each program?
For the Coaching Program, we require a weekly time commitment for 1:1 sessions, with additional time for follow-up activities and homework. The Mentoring Program involves bi-weekly sessions and check-ins. The Community Access program is self-paced and flexible, allowing you to engage as you wish.
Q.What kind of support is included between sessions?
In the Coaching Program, you’ll have unlimited email support to ask questions, seek feedback, and get guidance between sessions. The Mentoring Program offers on-demand Q&A support, while the Community Access provides forum discussions for peer support.
Q.Can I upgrade or switch programs?
Yes! If you decide to switch from Mentoring to Coaching or want to add Lifetime Community Access, just let us know. We’re happy to tailor our services to best meet your evolving needs.
